All treatments are by appointments only. The prices indicated on this website are only applicable to treatments @ soapkitchen. Prices includes 10% GST and are subject to change without notice.

We appreciate your understanding for the need of the following booking and cancellation policies, as this will help us provide you with the quality of service and care you deserve.

Please allow sufficient time for traffic and parking as your treatment time may be shortened to accommodate the following client.

For all healing therapies, skin deli facial treatments and body+mind+spirit packages @ soapkitchen:
-Booking fee is 25% of the treatment value.
- The fee is refundable provided at least 24 hours notice of cancellation is given.
- If a booking is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, the value of the booking fee can be transferred to a new booking.

For all mobile on-site and Pamper Party treatments:
-Mobile on-site treatments are charged at 50% premium on top of published prices PLUS return travel cost. For example, 60 minutes of REIKI will cost $90 PLUS taxi fares to and from the on-site location.
-Pamper party packaged prices are as published for travel to parties in the Sydney Inner West area. Additional travel charges may apply for other regions and cost will be advised at time of booking.
-Booking fee is 50% of the treatment value. Credit card details must be supplied at the time of the booking.
-The fee is refundable provided at least 24 hours notice of cancellation is given.
-If a booking is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, the value of the booking fee can be transferred to a new booking, otherwise the fee will be forfeited.
